Vision for Education are recruiting for a Classroom Support Assistant to work in supportive schools across the Calne area, helping children with a range of additional needs to achieve their full potential. This role is easily accessible from Calne, Melksham, Trowbridge, Warminster, Devizes and surrounding areas.

About the Role:
As a Classroom Support Assistant, you'll support children across KS1 and KS2 with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, speech and language needs, and other SEND requirements. You will:
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Work alongside teachers and other support staff
- Encourage positive behaviour and classroom engagement
- Help pupils build confidence and independence
- Follow individual support plans where appropriate
- Create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for supporting children
- A calm, patient and positive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in education, care, youth work or coaching is beneficial but not essential
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
