The Role
- Support pupils with their learning, confidence and development
- Work alongside teachers to create a positive classroom environment
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support where needed
- Help pupils overcome learning and behavioural barriers
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people
- A patient, caring and positive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
