As a Teaching Assistant in KS2 you will be able to get on a child's level to build relationship and gain a better understanding of their personal needs all while supporting the aim of continuous learning by supporting children 121 small, large groups
Requirements
- Experience or confidence working with children upto age 11.
- Thorough understanding of the National Curriculum including Maths and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and professionals.
- A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
- A positive, patient, and compassionate approach, with a strong commitment to professional development and learning.
