This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher able to offer Business Studies to GCSE and A Level and Economics to A Level to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Bolton on a full time, temporary cover starting ASAP with the potential of continuing for the full academic year. You'll be teaching Psychology and/or Criminology at A Level, delivering engaging, creative lessons that inspire confidence and performance skills. The school has well-motivated students, strong leadership support, and a clear commitment to professional development. You'll be joining a dedicated and collaborative department, with access to good facilities, specialist resources, and free onsite parking.
Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet the Below)
- Hold QTS or a PGCE (UK-recognised teaching qualification)
- Have recent experience teaching A Level Business Studies and Economics
- ECTs considered
- Be interested in teaching a full time timetable
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and the ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be able to provide suitable references, a valid Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply), and Right to Work in the UK
