Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years professional looking for your next rewarding role? We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join a welcoming and nurturing nursery setting in Bognor Regis, conveniently accessible via public transport.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact during the most important stages of a child's development. You'll work closely with children aged 0-5, creating engaging learning experiences, supporting their individual needs, and helping them thrive in a safe, stimulating environment.
To be considered for this role, you must hold:
A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) OR Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification or EYTS
- Creates a warm, caring, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued
- Can plan and deliver engaging activities that support the EYFS framework
- Builds positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to providing outstanding care and education
The Role:
- Supporting children's learning, play, and development throughout the nursery day
- Delivering fun, creative, and age-appropriate activities
- Monitoring and recording children's progress in line with the EYFS framework
- Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development
- Working collaboratively as part of a friendly and supportive nursery team
- Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are always followed
