About the Role
As a Sports Coach/Cover Supervisor, you'll use your coaching skills to inspire students both on the sports field and in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging PE and practical sports lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Supervising lessons across a variety of subjects using work set by teaching staff.
- Promoting positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Building strong relationships with students and school staff.
- Encouraging participation, confidence and teamwork both in sport and the classroom.
- Supporting schools through flexible day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop your classroom management skills.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has recent coaching or teaching experience in Sport or PE.
- Has experience working with children or young people (minimum of 5 days).
- Has coached or taught sports to under-16s.
- Is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about inspiring young people.
- Can build positive relationships and manage behaviour confidently.
- Wants to develop their skills within education.
