The Role
Vision for Education is seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Birmingham.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning during teacher absences. You will supervise whole classes, deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour and support students in remaining focused and engaged throughout the school day.
Opportunities are available on a day-to-day, short-term and long-term basis, offering flexibility to suit your availability.

Requirements
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
- Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or within a secondary school classroom setting.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Confidence delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A flexible and professional approach to work.
- A passion for supporting young people in their education.
