Vision for Education is seeking a confident and enthusiastic English Teacher for a full-time, short-term supply role at a highly regarded all-girls secondary school, from November to December 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated English specialist looking for a temporary teaching position with the added benefit of no planning or preparation required. All lesson plans and resources will be provided, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupils’ progress and maintaining a positive learning environment.
The Role

Teach English across relevant secondary year groups.

Deliver pre-planned lessons using provided teaching resources.

Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour.

Engage and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential.

Support the school’s commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
The Ideal Candidate

Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Has experience teaching English at secondary school level.

Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills.

Can deliver engaging lessons and respond to pupils’ learning needs.

Is reliable, professional and available for the duration of the placement.
