Vision for Education are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care to Classroom Support Workers to work within SEND Settings across Birmingham. The role involves providing vital support to pupils with complex needs, autism and behavioural difficulties. About you:
To be considered for the Care to Classroom Support Worker, you will:
- Hold suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (desired but not essential)
- Have strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
- Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check
