The School and Role
A supportive school is seeking a full time higher Level Teaching Assistant to work one full day and two mornings per week, providing PPA cover and delivering targeted interventions across EYFS to Year 6. The successful candidate will confidently adapt to different year groups, deliver engaging learning and support pupils to make progress. Strong behaviour management, flexibility, teamwork and recent experience supporting teaching and learning are essential.
Requirements
The desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children.
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
- An ability to work as part of a team.
