Job Duties
- Provide 1:1 support to students in a primary SEN provision setting
- Assist the class teacher in implementing individual education plans
- Support students with their learning and development
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant teaching assistant qualification or equivalent
Experience
Experience working in a similar role within a primary school
Knowledge And Skills
- Understanding of special educational needs and how to support students effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
