Vision for Education is seeking an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs in a primary school in Burton from September 2026.

The role involves working closely with the student to access the curriculum, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

The position requires delivering tailored learning support, assisting with lessons, managing behaviours as per school policy, and collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO.
