Vision for Education are working with multiple Secondary schools based in the heart of Liverpool – Maghull, Aintree, Crosby and surrounding areas, who are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to support children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). We have a range of positions available, both part-time and full-time, which we will discuss upon registration. There is a high demand for Teaching Assistants who are committed to inclusion, are able to demonstrate their commitment to child development, are proactive and engaging and who use positive behaviour management strategies.

Requirements

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

– Experience of working with secondary school aged children

– Experience working with children with a SEND background/on a 1-1 basis

– A passion for the progress of secondary school pupils

– An ability to work as part of a team

– Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
