Vision for Education is recruiting enthusiastic Early Career Teachers to work in welcoming primary schools across the Wirral from September 2026.
Whether you're looking for the flexibility of supply teaching or a long-term role where you can complete your ECT induction, we have a variety of opportunities available.
We work closely with schools across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, many of which have an excellent track record of supporting newly qualified teachers through their first years in the profession.
The role
Teach in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your preferences and experience.
Deliver engaging lessons that encourage children to reach their full potential.
Foster a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
Assess learning and support pupils to make good progress.
Work collaboratively with school staff to provide high-quality education.
Opportunities available on both a full-time and part-time basis.
About you
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or expected to gain QTS by Summer 2026.
A genuine passion for primary education.
Confident communication and organisational skills.
Flexible, reliable and committed to providing an excellent learning experience.
Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
