Vision for Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Lincoln from September 2026. This long-term role offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a supportive school environment, teaching a Year 1 or Year 2 class.

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering engaging lessons, creating positive learning experiences, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
  • Have strong communication and organisational skills
  • Hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check registered to the Update Service
