Join our dedicated team at Vision For Education working closely with a local primary school as a Qualified Teaching Assistant or Trainee! We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with primary-aged children in a nurturing environment. With or without experience, we have a tailored programme which enables you to work within a school without prior experience.
In this rewarding role, you will assist with daily classroom activities and engage with children during our clubs, fostering their creativity, curiosity, and social skills. The position hours are from 08:30 to 15:30 Monday to Friday on a part-time basis when schools require extra support, making it perfect for those looking to make a meaningful impact in students' lives.

The desired Primary Teaching Assistant trainee will:
- Possibly have recent experience supporting children aged 3-11
- Have a good understanding of how children learn and develop
- Have previous experience of working with children or young people; ideally within a school, nursery, childcare, youth work, play or care setting within the last 2 years
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Have a kind and compassionate nature towards education
