A friendly and nurturing early years setting in Lincoln is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Practitioner for a full-time, long-term position with an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming team dedicated to providing high-quality early years education and care. The successful candidate will support children through the Early Years Foundation Stage, creating engaging learning experiences while ensuring every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

The role will involve planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, supporting children's learning and development, maintaining a stimulating learning environment and working closely with colleagues and parents to provide the best possible outcomes for every child.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent recognised qualification)
  • Have recent experience working within an EYFS setting
  • Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework
  • Be passionate about supporting children's learning and development
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Be reliable, caring and adaptable
