Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and innovative Maths Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Grantham from September 2025. This is a full-time, long-term role for the full academic year, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality maths lessons to students aged 11-16.
The school has a strong STEM focus and is committed to academic success and inclusive education. The supportive leadership team values professional development and fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality mathematics lessons to students aged 11-16.
- Plan, assess and report on pupil progress in line with school policies.
- Maintain positive classroom behaviour and high standards of pupil engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum development and school improvement.
Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Have experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
- Possess excellent subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management strategies.
