Role and Responsibilities As an KS2 teacher with Vision for Education, you will have the opportunity to: Plan and Prepare Activities: Develop engaging activities, materials, and lessons that captivate young learners’ interests. Teach in a Safe Environment: Create a welcoming and positive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and encouraged to explore. Communicate with Parents and Carers: Collaborate with parents and carers to discuss their children’s development and progress. Monitor Progress: Assess and monitor children’s progress, identifying and reporting any issues that may arise. Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold a recognized teaching qualification with experience in teaching the KS2. KS2 Expertise: Possess a sound knowledge of the KS2 framework and best practices in early childhood education. Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to effectively connect with young children, parents, and colleagues.
