Vision For Education are currently looking for local cover supervisors in the Lincoln region to complete day to day cover work in Secondary Schools in the new academic year!
we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a Dynamic school in Lincoln. For those considering teaching as a career, Vision For Education have an excellent track record of supporting new candidates to progress onto teacher training through experience working with us as a Cover Supervisor.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment, delivering pre-set lessons, and ensuring students stay engaged and on task. The Ideal candidate will have confidence to teach a classroom of teenagers and inspire learning to ensure students achieve academic success.
Requirements
To be considered for the position of Cover Supervisor, you will:
• Have a willingness to learn.
• A passion for the progress of secondary school pupils.
• Be a natural leader and someone with confidence to lead a lesson in the absence of the class teacher.
• Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service
