About the role

Job role: Year 3 Teaching Assistant (full time)
Location: Leeds – LS8
Pay: £445 – £475 weekly, dependant on experience and qualifications.

Jan 2026 (ASAP) – Role to be made permanent after a successful period in the school.

Applicants who have been overseas for 6 months or more must have a police check from the country they were in to be considered for registration.

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced year 3 Primary School Teaching Assistant to join a diverse and supportive primary school in LS8. The successful candidate\’s role will be to not only support the whole class teaching and learning, but to support children 1-2-1 with SEMH needs. You will deliver small group interventions as well as personalised behaviour support plans to those children identified as most in need.
