HLTA Leeds £90 – £120 per day January 2025 / ASAP The Role Vision for Education are working closely with a SEN school in the Leeds area of who require a HLTA on a temp to perm basis. Team teach is desirable Requirements Experience with SEN HLTA qualification or degree Experience and comfortable covering classes in the absence of the teacher Some SEN experience preferred Ability to relate well to children and adults and communicate at all levels Ability to deal effectively with students presenting challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques as appropriate Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team Team teach is desirable What we offer As a HLTA, part of our team, you benefit from: Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
