The predicted salary is between 18000 - 24000 £ per year.
Vision for Education are working closely with multiple SEND Schools in the Leeds area who require HLTAs to work on a supply basis as and when needed across EYFS, KS1 & KS2.
Requirements:
- Experience covering classes within Primary/SEND settings.
- HLTA qualification or degree.
- Experience and comfortable covering classes in the absence of the teacher.
- Some SEN experience preferred.
- Ability to relate well to children and adults and communicate at all levels.
- Ability to deal effectively with students presenting challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques as appropriate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
