Are you a compassionate and enthusiastic Care Worker with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs? In this role, you will be working closely with pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties, providing 1:1 and small group support to help them thrive. - Ability to relate well to children and adults and communicate effectively at all levels
