Behaviour Support Worker Harrogate £90-110 a day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications ) ASAP The School and Role This small provision that caters to children, based in Harrogate are looking to appoint a passionate Behaviour Support Worker to work on a Full-Time & Part time basis. Working in this provision as part of an established team, the desired Behaviour Support Worker will be working on a small group basis with pupils with SEMH and SEND needs and working alongside the other members of staff to promote good attendance and educational values. This behaviour Support Worker role is long term and potentially permanent. The suitable candidates will have the opportunity to be enrolled onto out Team Teach training course. Requirements The desired Behaviour Support Worker will have; Experience of working with children with SEMH and behavioural needs Experience of working 1:1 with pupils or small groups A passion for the progress of children with SEMH and previous experience with dysregulation techniques.
