Vision for Education is working in partnership with a Primary School in Maidstone which prioritises supporting children in fulfilling their academic ability by providing exceptional teaching and learning opportunities.
- To plan, develop and deliver high quality lessons and learning experiences which cater to both individual and class needs and abilities.
- Continually enhance teaching and learning by being open to a variety of approaches, evolution and new ideas.
- To monitor pupil progress, maintaining clear and accurate records including assessment outcomes and targets, ensuring the focus is on enabling all pupils to achieve their full potential.
- Supervise, and work in partnership with, Teaching Assistants and other support staff to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Actively engage in professional development opportunities.
- To promote and safeguard the welfare of all children in line with the school’s safeguarding procedures.
