About the Role:
Vision for Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Subject Tutors to work with students local to you across Kent. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong academic background and a desire to help students achieve their potential. You will be responsible for providing tailored tutoring sessions in your subject area, supporting students on a one-to-one basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality subject-specific tutoring sessions.
- Support students with their academic development, boosting confidence and motivation.
- Plan and implement engaging and effective learning strategies.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to track student progress and provide feedback.

Requirements:
