The Role

As a Lecturer, you will:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to learners aged 16+ and adult students.
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons that inspire and challenge learners.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create an inclusive, supportive and positive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with curriculum teams to achieve excellent learner outcomes.
• Maintain accurate learner records in line with awarding body and college requirements.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience teaching within Further Education, Higher Education or industry training.
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training or equivalent), or willingness to work towards one.
• Relevant industry qualifications and occupational experience within your specialist area.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for developing learners' skills, confidence and employability.
