The role: We are working in partnership with SEN Schools across Kent, committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for students with SEN. The residential support workers play a crucial role in creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere, ensuring that every child receives the care and attention they need to thrive. They have 3 timetables available which include morning, day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with SEN in a residential setting.
- Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meals, and recreational activities.
- Implement individualized care plans and educational programs.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages social, emotional, and educational development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff members to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on students' progress and well-being.
