Immediate start to support young people and children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties across various schools in Kent.

About the role

This is a role to support young people and children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties within Primary and Secondary schools. We are ideally looking for candidates with full-time availability Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Mental Health Support Worker you will:

  • Be enthusiastic and have the ability to build a rapport with students.
  • Be resilient, flexible and able to think fast on your feet to adapt to challenging situations.
  • Have relevant experience within the last 2 years that we can gain professional, performance-based references within an Education setting.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Relevant experience in the past few years working with children, young people or vulnerable adults.
