Vision for Education are working closely with a large Secondary school in Margate who currently have a vacancy for a Cover Supervisor to join their school. You will be required to supervise whole classes, small groups or individual students ensuring they remain engaged with pre-prepared work. The school are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, dedicated and has a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs. This is a full-time role and is due to start ASAP.
About the Role:
- Supervising whole classes, small groups, or individual students, ensuring they remain engaged with pre-prepared work.
- Managing classroom behaviour to create a safe and productive learning environment.
- Assisting students in understanding and completing tasks set by the absent teacher.
- Communicating effectively with teaching staff to provide feedback on student progress and behaviour.
