If so, we have a fantastic opportunity waiting for you! Vision for Education is urgently recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a warm, welcoming primary school in Selby. This is a full‑time, long‑term role, starting as soon as possible.
About the Role
This varied and fulfilling position offers the chance to support learners across the whole school. You will:
- Work Monday to Friday during term time
- Support classes as a Teaching Assistant each morning
- Deliver engaging lessons and cover teacher PPA time each afternoon
- Work confidently across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
No two days will be the same, and you'll be an important and valued part of the school community.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification
- At least two strong references supporting your recent experience
- Confidence working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Availability full time, 5 days per week
