An East Riding secondary school seeks to appoint a French Teacher to work in a full-time, fixed-term role from September 2025. The successful French Teacher will be responsible for teaching French to pupils in KS3 and KS4 classes. This fixed-term contract will run from September 2025 until at least January 2026. It may be possible that the successful temporary teacher will be offered a permanent role beyond the fixed-term contract.

This large secondary academy is based in the East Riding of Yorkshire approximately 7 miles away from Hull city centre. This academy is part of a successful multi-academy trust and benefits from excellent leadership and a supportive working culture that places the well-being of staff at the forefront of practice.

The desired French Teacher will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience of teaching French to KS3 and KS4 in a UK-based secondary school setting
