About the role
Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Romford area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified TA to make a real difference in children\’s learning and development.
You will be working closely with the class teacher to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, helping to deliver engaging lessons and provide targeted support to children who may need additional help.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Have recent experience working with children in a primary school setting
- Demonstrate a passion for supporting children\’s learning, wellbeing, and personal growth
- Be proactive, patient, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to teamwork
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
