Vision for Education is delighted to be working in partnership with REAch2 Academy Trust to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils within a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Chigwell. The Role
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 in the classroom.
- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to help children reach their learning goals.
- Assist the class teacher in creating an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Support children with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage confidence, independence, and resilience.
The Ideal Candidate
- Have experience working with children or young people (school experience is desirable but not essential).
- Be caring, patient, and passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Be adaptable, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one through Vision for Education.
