Job Description
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom environments.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the school or plan and deliver lessons where required.
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support pupils to achieve their full potential through high-quality teaching.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
- Uphold safeguarding procedures and maintain professional standards at all times.
What We Require
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching within UK primary schools.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A flexible, reliable and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
