Vision for Education are seeking confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a range of primary schools in Southend-on-Sea. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience within education. Whether you have experience working with children through schools, childcare, coaching, youth work, or support roles, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.
The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged in learning
- Support pupils with completing set work and classroom activities
- Create a positive and productive learning environment
- Work across a variety of year groups from EYFS to KS2
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times
