As a Flexible Primary School Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom environments.
  • Follow lesson plans provided by the school or plan and deliver lessons where required.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Support pupils to achieve their full potential through high-quality teaching.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
  • Uphold safeguarding procedures and maintain professional standards at all times.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience teaching within UK primary schools.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • A flexible, reliable and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
  • An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Two recent professional references.
