Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in Chigwell. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and helping them reach their full potential.
About the Role
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils across Early Years and/or Key Stages 1–2
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Support children with SEND, helping to remove learning barriers
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote pupils’ social and emotional development
- Contribute to a friendly, caring and safe learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
