This 11-19 MAT secondary school in Braintree is looking to appoint a dedicated and committed Business Studies Teacher to work in a friendly and supportive department on a long-term basis. Working in this Secondary School as part of an established team, the desired Business Studies Teacher will be planning and delivering lessons up to A-Level. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Studies Teacher who is seeking a high-achieving school with Sixth Form. In 2024, students were highly successful and achieved excellent results in their GCSEs and A-Levels, with students going on to Oxbridge and Russell Group Universities. Requirements

• Be able to create a safe and positive learning environment.
• Be responsible for assessing students against learning outcomes and ensuring all groups of students make progress.
• Be able to ensure that all groups of students at all key stages are appropriately challenged and supported to achieve their very best.
• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire students to explore their creativity and improve their critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Have a good knowledge of the UK Curriculum.
• PGCE in Business Studies or Economics with QTS and right to work in the UK.
• Suitable for ECTs!
