Learning Support Assistant – PMLD & SLD | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with complex learning needs? A welcoming and inclusive specialist setting in Chelmsford is currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team, supporting students with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) and SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties).
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 support to students with high needs
- Assist with educating, mobility, and communication needs
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver holistic support
- Promote independence and emotional well-being through structured routines and encouragement
Trial-to-Permanent Pathway:
