Vision for Education in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil within a welcoming primary school.

The role involves providing one-to-one learning support, working with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies, and supporting the pupil's academic, social and emotional development throughout the day.

This is a full-time, term-time-only position with a September 2026 start.
