A supportive network of primary and specialist schools in the Monmouth area is seeking an enthusiastic Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils both in the classroom and through structured physical activity and enrichment sessions. You will support lesson delivery, work 1:1 and in small groups, and help create a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment. Your sports background will be central to promoting confidence, resilience, teamwork and positive engagement with learning.

This role involves travelling between different school sites in the Monmouth area, therefore a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential. Mileage is paid for travel between settings.

You will be joining schools that place a strong focus on pupil development and staff progression, with a proven track record of supporting sports graduates into teacher training, SEN roles and long-term education careers.
