Vision for Education are recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School teacher to join our team in a large Primary school in the Caerphilly area. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Welsh primary curriculum, working with students to develop their academic and social skills, and contributing to the overall development of our school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver and assess lessons in line with the Welsh National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
- Differentiating teaching methods to support diverse learning needs.
- Work closely with colleagues, parents and external agencies to support students' development.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
Requirements
- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Registered with EWC (Education Workforce Council).
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
- Ability to drive preferred but not essential.
