Year 3 Maternity Cover Teacher (Long-term contract)\\nPeterborough \\n£32,000 – £44,000 – equivalent to MPS (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)\\n\\nJan 2026- July 2026 \\n\\nThe School and Role\\n\\nThis ‘Good’ primary school, based in Peterborough are looking to appoint an experienced, and motivated Year 3 Maternity Cover Teacher to work in a KS2 class on a full time basis. Working in this primary school you will be part of an established and supportive team. This is a full-time maternity contract from January 2026 – July 2026, however part-time (4 days per week) applications will be considered for the right candidate. \\n\\nRequirements\\n\\nTo hold QTS\\nKnowledge and understanding of the KS2 curriculum\\nEnthusiastic and engaging teaching style\\nThe ability to provide a positive learning environment and effectively manage a classroom\\nHave recent and relevant teaching experience\\nThe desired Year 3 Maternity Cover Teacher will have\\n\\nExperience of working with primary school aged children\\nExperience of working with pupils with SEND\\nAn ability to work as part of a team\\nWhat we offer\\nAs a Year 3 Maternity Cover Teacher, part of our team, you benefit from: \\n\\nExcellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
