Job Description

Vision for Education are looking for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) around Stamford/Market Deeping and surroundings villages to join our bank of supply staff for the Autumn term 2025. \\n\\nAbout the role\\n\\nAt Vision, we have a lot of experience of helping ECTs get experience on a supply basis, and placing them into permanent roles. If you are an ECT but feel you need a little more classroom experience before taking on a permanent Class Teacher role, then supply teaching can be a great way of doing that. You will deliver pre-planned work to your preferred year groups and can build up a regular bank of schools you supply at.

Permanent and long-term roles often come as a result of doing supply too, so it increases your chances of finding a role in a school that you already know.\\n\\nAbout the school\\n\\nAt Vision Cambridge, we work with a wonderful range of primary schools across Cambridgeshire, South Lincolnshire, West Norfolk and West Suffolk – anything from a 2 class school up to a 28 class school!
