We are in search of a Class Teacher for September 2025 in Newmarket. This role would be suitable for both ECTs and experienced Teachers, but the applicants would need recent experience of teaching in a Primary School.

Working full time, you will teach a class based in a small village school located in Bury Saint Edmunds with a welcoming atmosphere where all are respected and valued.

Requirements

  • To be considered for the role of Class Teacher you will have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Primary Teachers.
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have a passion for teaching with the ability to cover pre-prepared work set by the full-time teacher.

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.

Salary

£130 to £190 per day. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are the individual’s level of experience and qualification.
