The Role

We are looking for a Secondary SEND Teacher (Years 7,9 or 9) to help support pupils within a SEMH environment. Working as part of an established team, the desired SEND Teacher will be supporting children 1-1 or in small groups. This role will be Monday to Friday 8:.30.

The School

This SEND School in Gloucester, provides an ambitious and supportive curriculum for young people across key stage 3 and 4, with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) as a primary need. The secondary needs can be linked to autism spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and/or speech language and communication needs (SLCN), severe trauma, attachment disorder. The school offers a broad and balanced curriculum through first-class facilities and recourses aimed at ensuring all students have the opportunity to achieve their full potential and progress against the outcomes in their Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
