Join Our Team as a SEMH Trainee Teaching Assistant
About the Role
Teaching Assistants play a crucial part in supporting the daily life of a school. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children thrive.
As a SEMH Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support learning, manage classroom behaviour, and deliver targeted interventions. You will also provide personalised support for pupils with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), helping to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Your role will also involve assisting with behaviour monitoring, progress tracking, and contributing to a positive, consistent classroom experience for all learners.
