We are looking for an open-minded, resilient and compassionate Teaching Assistant for Complex Needs to join a welcoming specialist school in North Bristol/ South Glos. This long-term role is ideal for someone who wants to make a genuine difference to students who need consistent, patient and personalised support every day. Access to a car would be advantageous.
As a Teaching Assistant for Complex Needs, you will be working with children and young people who have a wide range of additional needs, which may include autism, learning difficulties, communication needs, sensory processing differences and challenging behaviours linked to complex backgrounds.
